Learn what inspired me to create Heartgasm Coaching and dedicate my life to this work.
How my path led me to coaching intimacy, energetic orgasms and ecstatic birth.
My life has been shaped by prophetic visions, synchronicities, and love. At fourteen, I dreamed of skiing down a mountain, the cold air biting my cheeks, until I suddenly found myself flat on my back, gazing up at a row of pine trees etched against the night sky. The next day, that exact scene unfolded in waking life. In that instant, I knew I’d touched something beyond ordinary perception—something woven through time itself. That dream opened my mind to the hidden architecture of consciousness and the unseen forces guiding our lives.
Years later, lying in the grass beneath a Strawberry Moon, I experienced my first Heartgasm—waves of ecstatic love pulsing through my heart chakra as I merged with Mother Earth. In that moment, I knew in my bones that pleasure is medicine.
Since then, I’ve experienced Third Eyegasms, where orgasmic energy surged like lightning up my spine and blossomed into sapphire-blue light radiating from my forehead. I’ve learned to Ankh ☥ this energy, looping it through my body in endless figure-eights of bliss. These awakenings showed me that orgasm is far more than physical release—it’s energy, frequency, and the remembrance of our divinity.
I’ve also dreamed of the New Earth, a future where Christ Consciousness isn’t just an idea but a living vibration felt by all beings. That vision—a world at peace, rooted in love—is the heartbeat of my mission: to help anchor this frequency here and now. I’ve received telepathic messages from Mother Earth and trees, each speaking in the silent language of energy and emotion, and I’ve even channeled the clicking language of dolphins.
My mission is simple and radical: to teach people how to Ankh their energy—to circulate life force through the body as an endless current of love and light, to experience Heartgasms, and—if pregnant—to birth in ecstasy. Because when we heal through pleasure, we don’t just transform ourselves.
We help heal the world—one heart, one Heartgasm at a time.
The Science Behind My Work
My academic studies gave me a foundation in understanding human behavior, social structures, spiritual diversity, and the pursuit of justice. My professional trainings built on that knowledge, equipping me with embodied tools to guide individuals, couples, and polycules into safer, more connected, and transformative experiences of intimacy — and to support parents-to-be in preparing for empowered, ecstatic birth.
What makes me different as a coach isn’t only my training—it’s my lived experience. Clients often tell me, “You put words to something I’ve been feeling and made me feel deeply seen.” That’s the heart of my work: helping you name, feel, and expand into your own bliss.

The Spiritual Heart of My Work
Through ecstatic dance, singing, energy work, meditation, sound healing, and breathwork, I’ve learned to let Spirit move through me. My intuition and psychic sensitivity, combined with training through the Somatica® Institute, Orgasmic Birth, and Dancing for Birth™, allow me to guide others into profound states of intimacy, empowerment, and embodied sovereignty.
Yet beyond the classroom, my greatest teachers have been Spirit, Mother Earth, the unseen guides, and the wisdom of my own body. Mystical experiences—from Heartgasms with Mother Earth to telepathic messages from trees—have shown me that pleasure is medicine and love is a living frequency. These currents now flow through my coaching to help others reclaim their sovereignty and remember ecstasy as their divine birthright.
Key Mystical Experiences & Embodied Wisdom
• Energetic awakenings — Heartgasms, Third Eyegasms, and Ankhing (looping life-force energy, or Chi, through the body in infinite flow and bliss). I’ve also discovered a higher-octave form of Ankhing that circulates energy solely through the higher chakras, using the crown as an anchor point while the current flows in continuous motion through the upper energetic centers above the head, activating states of expanded awareness and pure bliss.
• Telepathic and channeling experiences — messages from Mother Earth, trees, dolphins, and Spirit.
• Psychic and intuitive guidance — clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance, along with precognitive dreams (including my vision of the New Earth).
Inclusive & Affirming Care
As a genderqueer, pansexual, and neurodivergent coach who has navigated and healed from C-PTSD, I approach my work with grounded empathy and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
Heartgasm Coaching is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcoming of all relationship structures, including polycules. I celebrate diversity in gender, sexuality, body, culture, and spirituality, and honor the lived experiences of BIPOC, neurodivergent, and disabled communities.
